It is subject to the intellectual property rights of LivePay or its affiliates, independent content providers or such third parties. These general conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. The user and LivePay agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France) any complaint or dispute arising within the framework of or relating to this contract.
